About The Position
Kidzoola Therapy Center is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, Montana, seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT). This position offers flexible scheduling, manageable productivity expectations, and a collaborative team environment. The clinic emphasizes engaging, play-based therapy grounded in evidence-based practice and strong relationships with children and families. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and clinical support.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana, or ability to obtain licensure
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete
- A clinician who enjoys creative problem-solving, play-based therapy, and collaborating with children, families, and teammates
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Training or interest in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, sensory integration, or other pediatric specialty areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric OT evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, play-based pediatric therapy
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teammates
- Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
