About The Position
PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Bettendorf, IA, serving older adults in a Senior Living Community. Symbria is seeking a compassionate and motivated COTA to join our Rehab Team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Iowa COTA license
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and carry out personalized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to help residents achieve functional goals
- Contribute as a valued member of an interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
