About The Position
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our Erie senior communities are seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this positon will cover several of our communities in Erie: Sara Reed, Manchester Commons, Pleasant Ridge Manor, Brevellier Village.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
