About The Position
Under moderate to minimal supervision of a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OTR), the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant administers patient care programs involving specific treatment and performs technical tasks necessary to deliver an occupational therapy program.
Requirements
- Current certification by the American OT Certification Board.
- Licensed in the state of Alabama.
- Independent in the use of occupational therapy adaptive devices and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Administer patient care programs involving specific treatment under the supervision of a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OTR).
- Perform technical tasks necessary to deliver an occupational therapy program.
