About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes in Tooele, Utah. The role supports patients in maintaining independence and receiving care in a safe, comfortable home environment. The position is part-time and PRN, with flexible scheduling. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, plus $0.56 per mile in mileage reimbursement; pay depends on experience, qualifications, and skills. The CNA works with patients, families, and team members and documents care according to each patient's plan of care.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Recent clinical experience or CNA training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to meet employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and bathing needs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care.
