About The Position

Life Care Center of Stonegate is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its team. The CNA is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role delivers direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered or licensed in the applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
