About The Position

Suring Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in its skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Working under the direction of nursing staff, the CNA supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain a clean environment. The role is available full-time and part-time in Suring, Wisconsin. The advertised hourly rate is $20–$27.50. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time PM shift positions.

Requirements

• Hold an active CNA license in good standing in the State of Wisconsin.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, feeding, and transportation.
• Maintain a clean environment and change linens.
