About The Position

Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is hiring for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts – AM, PM, and NOC. This is a part-time opportunity in a supportive, resident-focused environment. They welcome both experienced CNAs and recent graduates to join their team, which is committed to quality care and teamwork.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
• Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
• Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
• Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
• Valid CNA certificate
• Government-issued ID
• Social Security card
• Professional references and any additional certifications

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience
• New graduates are welcome
