About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Riverside Village helps foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living and provides companionship and reassurance, while honoring each resident’s dignity, respect, and need for individualized attention. The role requires physical stamina, collaboration with nursing and facility teams, and commitment to excellent geriatric care. The position is full-time, day shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Be able to collaborate and communicate respectfully with nursing and facility teams.
