Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day Shifts
About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen Friendship is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Med/Surg department. The CNA provides basic care to hospitalized patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. The schedule is 72 hours bi-weekly, consisting of three 12-hour day shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. Scheduled weekly hours are listed as 36. Emplify Health describes itself as a not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network formed through a partnership between Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System. Based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin, the network has 11 hospitals and more than 100 clinics serving 67 cities across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
Requirements
- Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Infant-to-adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
