About The Position
Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in its assisted living neighborhood. The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, respects confidentiality, and collaborates with the care team. The CNA may perform tasks permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse and after successfully validating the required competencies. Shifts vary.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
- Current state certification for medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Perform tasks permitted by CNA certification and Acts policy, as delegated by a licensed nurse and following successful competency validation.
