Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join its healthcare team. The company has provided private duty health care for over 25 years and focuses on delivering patient care and improving community health outcomes. CNAs work with one patient for the complete shift, becoming familiar with the patient, their needs, and their family life. They assist with daily living activities, help ensure patient comfort, and support overall well-being and quality of life. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shifts and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts on various weekdays and weekends. Pay is $20–$22 per hour.
Requirements
- Driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Auto insurance card.
- Current CPR card.
- CNA state certification.
- TB test results from a two-step test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood work within the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
- Assist patients with lifting and transferring to support mobility.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Perform light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
- Build relationships with patients and enhance their quality of life through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
- Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
