About The Position
Treutlen County Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a non-profit, mission-driven care environment. The role is on the night shift, with starting pay of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour. Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials are available, and employees are paid weekly. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works alongside nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Georgia, or eligibility for certification.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
