About The Position

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift. The CNA provides compassionate, patient-centered care and supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. Starting pay is $17.63–$18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
