About The Position

Rosewood Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver and assist residents with daily needs. This includes personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities, in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The CNA provides basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

Active, good-standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
Passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care.
Prepare residents for activities and social programs and assist with routine activities.
Provide basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities.
Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
Follow accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
