About The Position

Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in its skilled nursing neighborhood. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA provides hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility. The role prioritizes resident safety, comfort, and dignity, monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly reports changes to licensed nursing staff to support proactive, personalized care.

The position is listed for a 3 PM–11 PM shift. Acts is a not-for-profit operator and developer of continuing care senior living communities, with 28 communities in 9 states and over 8,500 team members. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current CPR certification, or obtain certification within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with residents’ daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Prioritize residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity while providing care.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Promptly report changes in residents’ condition to licensed nursing staff.
