About The Position

Dexter Health Care, a 53-bed full-service long-term care and skilled nursing facility owned by First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional, patient-centered care. The CNA serves as a vital link between residents, nurses, and staff, providing hands-on comfort, support, and advocacy. The role is open to experienced CNAs and motivated new graduates. Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and record vital signs in resident charts.
• Provide adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.
