About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care to clients in the Wilmington, Delaware area during afternoon and evening shifts. Team members are supported by a stable, supportive work environment and have access to 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- HHA certification is required.
- CNA license.
- At least 75 hours of approved training.
- Proof of HHA training and CNA certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Perform range-of-motion exercises.
- Support transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Complete home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, bed making, and light housekeeping.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
