About The Position

Masonicare Health Center is a 260-bed skilled nursing facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. The CNA follows each resident’s or patient’s treatment plan, which is designed to meet their age, needs, and abilities. This includes assisting with meals and nourishment, transfers using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. The position is on the evening shift, with 32 hours and every-other-weekend scheduling. Requirements

Current Connecticut certification as a nurse’s aide (C.N.A.).
CPR certification.

Responsibilities
