About The Position

Maple Park Village is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment for residents. The CNA prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention by assisting with activities of daily living and providing companionship and reassurance. The position requires physical stamina, collaboration with nursing and facility teams, and a commitment to excellent geriatric care. Days, evenings, and nights are available.

Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Physical stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Interpersonal communication skills that support a respectful and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects each resident’s dignity and individual needs.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Contribute to a respectful and positive work environment and work toward excellent resident care.
