About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role delivers direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed. The CNA is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and contributes to quality patient care and positive experiences for patients and family members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a state-approved CNA program.
• Current registration or licensure in the applicable state, maintained in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.

• Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.
