Holiday CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Stonebridge Home Care South is hiring caregivers to provide holiday help with patient care in the Utah County area. Patients are located throughout the region, and reliable self-transportation between patient homes is required. Typical shifts are approximately one or two hours with each patient. Availability for Thanksgiving and the month of December through New Year’s is needed. Caregivers assist patients according to personalized care plans created by a Registered Nurse. Tasks may include personal care, home management activities, and companionship. The position offers a supportive environment, independence, and one-on-one care with one client at a time.
Requirements
- Reliable self-transportation between patient homes.
- Availability for Thanksgiving and the month of December through New Year’s.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to personalized care plans created by a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and transfers.
- Assist with skin breakdowns.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship.
