About The Position

Stonebridge Home Care is hiring caregivers to provide holiday patient care in Utah County. Caregivers are assigned patients according to their availability and follow personalized care plans created by a Registered Nurse. Typical shifts are approximately one to two hours per patient. Reliable self-transportation between patient homes is required. Availability for Thanksgiving and the month of December through New Year’s is needed. The role offers a supportive environment, independence, and the opportunity to provide one-on-one care focused on a single client at a time.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers, and care related to skin breakdowns.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship.
• Follow patient care plans created by a Registered Nurse.
