About The Position
Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care, supporting residents’ dignity, respect, and choices. The role includes providing direct care, reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documenting care in a point-of-care (POC) system. Candidates are expected to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. The job posting also advertises walk-in interviews for CNAs, resident assistants, cooks, culinary servers, and RN/LPNs. Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
