About The Position
Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care and help ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. This position is part of a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, whose core values are Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. The organization offers a supportive culture focused on helping residents and team members grow and succeed. Full-time and part-time shifts are available. Walk-in interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1008 1st St W, Hastings, MN 55033.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
