About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide residents with warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring changes in their needs, coordinating with a Nurse to update Resident Care Plans, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. The stated pay range is USD $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA.
• Medication Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents’ day-to-day condition and personal care needs, and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
