About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide residents with daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement. The role is at Kingston Health Center of Vermilion in Vermilion, Ohio.

Requirements

• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation as needed as part of activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
