About The Position
Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in its assisted living neighborhood. The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, respects confidentiality, and works collaboratively with the care team. The CNA may perform tasks permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse, after successful validation of competencies. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., five shifts per pay period, including every other weekend.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain CPR certification.
- Current state certification for medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality and collaborate with the team.
- Perform tasks allowed by CNA certification and Acts policy as delegated by a licensed nurse, after successful competency validation.
