About The Position

The Atrium at Veronica Drive is hiring compassionate part-time and full-time Certified Nursing Assistants. In a warm, comfortable, home-like environment, CNAs deliver care to residents, support their daily living needs, document care, report changes in health or behavior, and help residents engage in meaningful activities. The role also involves providing emotional support and using customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care. The listed pay is $21–$23 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
