About The Position
Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, professional, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
