CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide home-based care in Cleveland, Salisbury, and Woodleaf, North Carolina. The role supports clients in living independently and comfortably through personal care, household support, and companionship. BAYADA also offers guidance for employees caring for a family member at home, including support with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing. No prior experience is required; training, support, and resources are provided. Client schedules vary by location: Cleveland has a client open Monday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.; Salisbury has clients open Monday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and Woodleaf has a client open on weekends from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with Monday and Friday night availability if possible. The stated pay range is $16.50 to $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay. BAYADA also offers scholarships, paid time off, flexible schedules, and ongoing training and support.
