About The Position
Avalon Care Center Federal Way is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its skilled nursing facility in Federal Way, Washington, which specializes in short-term rehabilitation. The facility’s care team works with on-site physicians and nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, and other care experts. The role involves helping residents with daily activities and personal care while providing compassionate care. A day shift is available on a 4x2 rotation. Pay is $22.53–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Evening shifts receive a $0.75-per-hour differential, and NOC shifts receive a $1.00-per-hour differential.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily activities.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents’ personal care and hygiene.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Keep resident rooms clean and organized.
- Provide compassionate care to residents.
