About The Position
Crown Pointe, a Sonida Senior Living community in Omaha, Nebraska, provides care to residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The Certified Nursing Assistant performs resident-care duties according to accepted standards, assists residents with personal care and daily needs, and reports changes in residents’ behavior or condition to the Assisted Living Director. The role uses technology intended to support resident care and improve work processes. Benefits depend on employment status and location eligibility.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.

- High school graduate or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care.
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts, and transfers.
- Assist with residents’ nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing appropriate fluids, and offering substitutions when appropriate.
- Remind residents to take medication and open containers and packages for them.
- Recognize changes in residents’ behavior and conditions and report them to the Assisted Living Director.
