About The Position

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in all aspects of daily living and provide person-centered care. The role focuses on meeting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while honoring their strengths, preferences, and routines. Compensation is up to $24 per hour, plus a shift differential in Skilled Nursing.

Ann’s Choice is a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, managed by Erickson Senior Living. Requirements

• Current CNA certification for the state in which the employee is working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing comfort, companionship, and a sense of belonging.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed in a timely manner.
