About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and involves delivering direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed. The organization emphasizes quality patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities for associates to reach their potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered or licensed in the applicable State, with an active license in good standing maintained throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Ability to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Benefits

• $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time evening and night shifts.
• Evening shift differential of $1 per hour.
• Night shift differential of $2 per hour.
