About The Position
Meritan, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join its Home Health team in Memphis, Tennessee. This PRN, per-visit position provides basic care and assists patients with activities of daily living under the direction of a registered nurse. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time while supporting vulnerable community members in their homes. Consistent work is available, and the position includes travel between patient locations. Meritan provides appropriate infection-control measures and personal protective equipment. Its clinical system is accessible online through a company-issued tablet or the employee’s smartphone. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is currently offered.
Requirements
- Current CNA license.
- At least 18 years of age.
- At least six months of work experience in a supervised setting; healthcare facility experience is preferred.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays occasionally.
