About The Position

Peak Resources is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to join its team at Peak Resources Gastonia. The company provides skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living services at nine locations across North Carolina, with a focus on residents’ well-being and happiness. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s assessment and care plan and as directed by the Nursing Team. Administrative duties may also be part of the role. The typical schedule is the second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with every other weekend.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan and as directed by the Nursing Team.
• Perform administrative duties that may coincide with the position.
