About The Position
Peak Resources is a North Carolina skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living company with nine locations. Its priority is providing a relaxing and comforting environment focused on residents’ well-being and happiness. The company is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join its team at Peak Resources Gastonia. CNAs provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan and as directed by the Nursing Team. Administrative duties may also be part of the position. The typical schedule is second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with every other weekend.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of CNA experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessments and care plans.
- Provide care and services as directed by the Nursing Team.
- Perform administrative duties that may coincide with the position.
