About The Position

AccordCare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Requirements

• CNA Certification required
• CPR certification, in-person only
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and drug screen
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Take vital signs and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards
