CNA - (12 hours shifts)
About The Position
Riddle Village, a continuing care retirement community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join its nursing team. The CNA provides direct physical, emotional, and social care to residents of the healthcare building, helping ensure residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. The role is suited to friendly, sociable, caring people who enjoy working with older adults, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills. The position offers 12-hour shifts, with current full-time and PRN openings on both day and night shifts. Schedules include working one weekend every four weeks. Shift differentials are available. The stated starting rate is $21.64–$22.61 per hour, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania.
- Be friendly, sociable, and caring, with an interest in working with older adults.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills.
