About The Position

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care to residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The position is located in New Florence, Missouri, and is listed as full-time, with day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and rotating weekends. The posted pay range is $18–$22 per hour.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program, as required.
Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults.

Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in a resident's condition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare is preferred, but not required where applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and vital signs.
Assist with medication management and administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns.
Participate in infection-control and safety measures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
