About The Position

Ashford Gardens is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with each patient's care plan. CNAs support patients in achieving the greatest possible degree of independence while following safety policies and procedures and applicable state and federal guidelines and regulations. Requirements

• Active Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license, #CNANR.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
• Support patients in achieving the greatest possible degree of independence while maintaining safety and following policies, procedures, and state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Follow established policies and procedures for safe lifting and transferring of patients.
• Identify, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
