About The Position
Diversicare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide daily care to patients and residents. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team, providing safe and compassionate bedside assistance, building supportive relationships, and advocating for quality care and an improved customer experience. Full-time CNAs are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus through October 31, 2026.
Requirements
- State certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to report accurately and efficiently.
