About The Position
Henry County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its care team in Paris, Tennessee. CNAs provide essential support to residents in a team-driven environment, performing duties assigned by clinical leadership and assisting residents according to their care plans. The position is full-time. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for night-shift employees working 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans.
- Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services, including meal-tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
- Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep the supervisor informed of factors that interfere with performing assigned work.
- Maintain the confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
