About The Position

Peter Becker Community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for its Skilled Nursing team in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. CNAs provide hands-on resident care, build relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a comfortable, supportive environment. Openings include full-time, part-time, every-other-weekend, and PRN/flexible schedules across day, evening, and other shifts. The listed pay is $21–$24 per hour, including applicable shift differentials. Depending on the shift and applicable differentials, employees may earn up to an additional $5.50 per hour. Benefits depend on position and eligibility.

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
High school diploma or GED.
A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Support residents’ independence, safety, and well-being.
Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to deliver quality care.
