About The Position

Ridgewood Terrace, a Concord Health Systems facility, is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide resident care in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. The CNA assists residents with daily care needs and helps maintain a calm, supportive environment that promotes residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being. The position is full-time and available on day and night shifts.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including nights if applicable.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a nursing home; experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Accurately document care provided in the medical record system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
