About The Position

Ridgewood Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time positions. CNAs help enhance residents’ lives by assisting with daily care needs, providing companionship, supporting resident independence, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence whenever possible.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional conditions.
• Provide compassionate support and companionship.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Complete accurate documentation of resident care.
