About The Position

Interim HealthCare is hiring a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Warner Robins, Georgia. This role provides one-to-one, personalized care to seniors and people with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes. CNAs can make their own schedules and work independently, with a focus on balancing work and personal commitments. The role offers $14 per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus, and access to online training and continuing education units (CEUs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Georgia.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Current TB results.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
• Compassionate nature and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to seniors and people with an illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail and skin care, eating, and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes.
• Work with home health nurses and aides to ensure the patient’s care plan is followed.
• Observe patients and notify a supervisor about issues that may require changes in care, medication, or medical equipment.
