About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily routines in its Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units at Twin Lakes in Montgomery, Ohio. The CNA responds promptly to resident needs, fosters meaningful interactions, and provides care with compassion and professionalism. The position is part-time, with schedules listed as 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Enter data into the computer on AOD.
• Provide menus, collect meal choices, and assist residents with eating.
