About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant II assists in administering nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties in a Med Surg/ICU setting.
Requirements
- Current applicable state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
- Current BLS certification, or obtain it within 30 days of the start date.
- At least six months of CNA/LNA experience.
- Demonstrated competency in all essential functions, clinical competencies, and clinical knowledge of a Certified Nursing Assistant I.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
